Curriculum Vitae
Joris Gielen (born in Leuven in 1979) is a postdoctoral research fellow of the Fund for Scientific Research – Flanders (FWO) at the Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies, KU Leuven, where he is a member of the Research Unit Theological Ethics.
His research currently focuses on the role of religion in palliative care with special attention to the Indian context. He is also very much interested in the importance of devotion in the religions of Indian origin.
