Perspectives from Social Sciences and TheologyThe contested realities of migration in a globalized world raise complex issues and call for a multi-dimensional analysis. The conference is dedicated to an interdisciplinary approach to migration and will engage perspectives from sociology, politology, discourse analysis, philosophy and theology. In keynote presentations, plenary discussions, group workshops and short paper sessions, the various points of view are analysed as to their mutual implications, thus bringing an evolving theology of migration further on the way.
Senior and junior scholars are invited to submit paper proposals (ca. 300 words) before January 31, 2012 (mail to Judith.gruber@sbg.ac.at).
