LEST VIII registration information

Registration fees


Registration for LEST VIII is now open!

Fees for LEST VIII have been set as follows:

  • Senior scholars registration only: 130 €
  • Senior scholars registration + dinner: 198 €
  • Junior scholars registration only: 50 €
  • Junior scholars registration + dinner: 118 €
  • KUL staff and students registration only: Free
  • KUL staff and students registration + dinner: 68 €

Please note that you will only be able to pay for the dinner online prior to the start of the conference. If you want to attend the dinner, please arrange to pay for the dinner in advance through the procedures indicated below.

Once you have successfully completed the form, you may feel free to make your payment as per the instructions below.  Please make all payments as soon as possible after completing the registration form.  If you are either staff or student from KUL and are NOT attending the conference dinner, no payments are necessary.

Conference payment instructions


In order to discourage the use of cash on site, we ask all participants to please pay for all conference and/or dinner fees online in advance according to the following instructions.

When paying the requisite fees (see table above for set fees), please make sure to note the following information: (1) the participant's full name, and (2) that your total amount matches the total from your completed registration form.

If you are paying for someone else, please make sure that you state the full name of the person you are paying for (in the 'description' or 'remarks' section on the credit card payment form). If it is not possible to note whom you are paying for (as with bank transfers, etc), please send an email to lest@theo.kuleuven.be or colby.dickinson@theo.kuleuven.be to notify us of the payment.

Please note that the terms for paying for the conference and/or dinner fees are the same as the conditions for sale.  Before paying the registration and/or conference dinner fees, please note the condition of sale terms found here in three languages.

Online credit card payments can be made with either Visa, Mastercard or Bancontact.  All fees for the conference (registration and conference dinner) can therefore be paid online here (Dutch, with an English language option in the top righthand corner, if you prefer).  Please note that, unfortunately at this time, no 'receipt' for your transaction is produced online immediately after your purchase.  Should you require one, you may either print the sales screen prior to its submission (should this suffice for your needs) or email us asking for a receipt (along with your name, address, and VAT number should you have one).
