Name change Faculty

On August 1, 2011, the Faculty of Theology officially changed its name to Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies. All changes have been grouped on this webpage, in order to make the transition as easy as possible.

Faculty personnel is asked to use the new name of the faculty in correspondence and print. The available templates and guidelines are grouped below:

1. Letterheads for Word-documents

Templates are available for general correspondence, faxes, meeting agendas and meeting reports: http://theo.kuleuven.be/page/word-templates/

All templates contain the postal address Sint-Michielsstraat 4 box 3101, which is the official address of all members of ZAP, AAP and BAP who have a post box in the staff room of the Maria Theresiacollege.
The faculty administration in Collegium Veteranorum has post box number 3100.
The administration in the Maurits Sabbe Library uses the post box number 3102.

2. Electronic signature for e-mail

3. Envelopes

Envelopes with the new name and correct postal address of the faculty will be available soon. During the transition period, you can continue to use the last of your old envelopes, covering the address with address stickers. These stickers will be available at the faculty’s financial secretariat (jacqueline.vanhal@theo.kuleuven.be) and at the Research Secretariat (evelien.denecker@theo.kuleuven.be).

4. Labels

You can print your own labels with the new faculty name. Labels can be picked up at Jacqueline Van Hal's office. Please find the documents here:
