- Mandatory activity report to be handed in before 01/06/2012
Prior to the date established by the Faculty Board, the members of the AAP/BAP corps (with the exception of the free research associates) are expected to fill out an annual activity report, including statutory academic service, for the preceding academic year and - where possible - a plan of the activities of the following year.
Deadline for the academic year 2011-12 is June, 1.
The activity report is to be filled out in a new digital application (and not in the form which was used last year) which can be found here.
After filling out the form, choose 'send'. On the next page, you can print your report. Have it signed by the responsible ZAP-member and hand it over to Anne Demoulin. If necessary, you can re-enter the report to make some adjustments. Please make sure you have your final version printed and signed.
A performance consultation will be held afterwards, based on the activity report.
- Mandatory performance consultation
Each member is also expected to meet with the coordinator of their respective research unit for a performance consultation on an annual basis. The consultation is based on the activity report and, in case of the doctoral student, the progress report related to their doctoral research.
Deadline for the academic year 2011-12 is September, 30.
A report of the consultation is to be
- included in the performance consultation form
- submitted to Anne Demoulin.
