Doctoral Programme Forms
One can download the following documents to print them. Please do not send them by e-mail to the secretariat, since a signature from the promotor is required.
- Application for reimbursement of expenses relevant to the doctoral programme
- Application for reimbursement of expenses - special conference grant
- Description of the project (at the beginning)
- Progress report (yearly)
- Application registration for the doctoral programme after four or more academic years
Attestations (valid as from 2007-2008 onwards)
- Attest 1: publications
- Attest 2: public presentation of the doctoral research and active participation in international scientific conferences
- Attest 3: active participation in international scientific conferences
- Attest 4: research courses, courses and seminars on doctoral level and project description/progress reports
