- The discussion and the adoption of the Minutes of the 32nd General Assembly, which was held in Brixen/Bressanone in September 2003.
- Financial Report:
- The accounts and the budget;
- The annual subscriptions of the members.
- News coming out the Meeting of the Executive Committee, held in Leuven, 29-30 March 2004.
- The circumstances of the theological libraries and our common responsibilities.
- Information from our member associations. (This is the most important point on this agenda and we shall dedicate the necessary amount of time to cover it thoroughly. This does not refer to the annual reports which will be available on our website, but rather it is overall a time for a free presentation of any programme that may be of interest to the other associations, or in which there is an opportunity for collaboration among our various member associations. These shall be dealt with in detail, and among them the following: the Virtual Catalogueof Theology and Church (Virtuel Katalog Theologie und Kirche) of VthK, with a demonstration, the Danish Theology Portal, the ABTAPL Union List of Periodicals, the discussion list of ABCF, URBE and others. These are just a few examples.)
- Projects:
a) A deposit for theological periodicals which are currently unavailable in Europe.
b) The proposed installation of software to facilitate the exchange of periodicals (doubles).
c) Other projects, suggestions.
- The BETH brochure.
- The Newsletter.
- The Website:
a) Improvements in the site;
b) List of members and addresses;
c) suggestions.
- Collaboration with other Theological Library Associations on other continents;
a) ATLA (theReligion database, the International Committee, participation in meetings);
b) Exchange of bulletins, new addresses, etc.
- New members.
- Future Assemblies: 2005 Debrecen, Hungary?, 2006 Rome?, 2007 Emden?
- Any other business.
