9:30-11:20 Round table introduction of attendees and introductory business session
11:30 Presentation by Mons. Michele Pennisi, bishop of Piazza Armerina, and   president of ABEI (Association of Italian Ecclesiastical Librarians) on the edition of the first volume of Acolit, a reference guide to the Bible, a useful tool for a quality catalogue.

14:00 Business Session
15:30 Coffee break
16:00 Lecture by Brother Ferdinand Postwick, osb, of Centre Informatique Biblique
17:00-18.15 Business Session
18:30 Ecumenical Worship in the chapel of the Maison du Séminaire, conducted by Father Patrick Keppel, provincial delegate for ecumenism

21:00  Presentation of the Anjou Bible by Etienne D’hondt, followed by a resumption of business.

              - An optional visit to the Franciscan convent and the Garden of Cimiez
              - Return to the Maison du Séminaire for a workshop session on the
                formation of the IFLA group of theological libraries specialising in interreligious dialogue

21:00 Lecture by Jesus Asurmendi, Biblical scholar and Director of BOSEB
 
Tuesday, September 7

11:00 Lecture by Yvan Bourquin of Lausaunne on training students for theological documental research
12.00 Lecture by Stéphane Ipert, from the Arles Centre for the Preservation of the Book, on the financing of digitalization projects

15:00 Depart for a stroll through the old city for a visit to the cathedral and some Baroques chapels (There will be an English-speaking guide who will meet us at the Centre du Patrimoine,75 quai des Etats-Unis at 15:45.)
18:15  Free time in the old city
19:00  Buffet, wine tasting and an introduction to the culinary specialties of Nice in the Cave de la Tour, 3, rue de la Tour (near Garabaldi Square, enter off of Blvd. Jean Jaurès)
21:00 Return to the Maison du Séminaire via the port

9:00 Depart for a visit to the Municipal Library of Regional Vocations, Louis Nucéra; a viewing of the ancient holdings of the Patrimonial Library of Romain Gary
